- We pinpoint our thinking by working with you and determining the bigger picture (based on your vision), what you are trying to achieve (your mission) and identifying the opportunities and gaps, focusing on both known and (previously) unknown strengths and weaknesses.
- The cycle for improvement starts with research. The research directly informs the learning of your organisation and people’s needs. We then focus on your desired outcomes, comparing and contrasting these to the different contexts of delivery and the mechanisms which are most likely to achieve the success that you want. Only then will we start to think about the design for stage 2, learning and application.

- As the final stage of the initial cycle for service or product delivery, consultation and coaching feedback to the initial consultation and research as the primary mechanism for continuous improvement in creating a learning organisation or network.
- Individual and organisational/network levels require synergy as a necessary means of validating and reinforcing the changes that are needed based on our cooperative and collaborative approach to building both capacity and capabilities.
- Synergetic coaching is how we describe our alignment between the benefits of individual coaching but considering this within the differing contexts of the organisation and networks operating environment through organisational and system-wide corporate coaching. Synergetic coaching is a novel way of drawing continuously on applied leadership challenges, grounded in cascaded action learning.

We have designed a unique approach to looking at leadership from a system perspective using both synergetics and cybernetics to explore the black box of leadership! An important element of this is to navigate intelligent networks through processes and purpose.
